TCEC, a subsidiary of Taiwan Cement Corporation (TCC), was founded in September of 1973. Initially, it was organized as an engineering house to render various technical services for the cement industry. In 1974, TCEC increased its capital, set up its own machinery works and was reorganized to furnish clients comprehensive services, including design, manufacture, erection and commissioning of package plants on a turn-key basis.
